Why rent, when you can own?
Condo Storage Unit, the newest way to protect your investments while gaining real estate equity.
Indoor storage is expensive and offers no return on your high monthly rent.  Is like renting a home when you know you
should buy.  Well we have a solution!

Purchase a Storage Condominium! A Storage condominium is an individual extremely secured condo unit that is part
of a multi-unit building. A condo buyer takes ownership of a single unit and own it as real property. The owners of all
the individual units jointly own the building exterior and common areas, including the land/real estate.

Storage Condos are a new idea in warehouse space ownership providing owners of Luxury R.V.'s, Boats and Classic
Cars as well as contractors, distributors, retailers and other small business enterprises with a place to store their
inventory, personal items in their very own secured condo storage unit with pride of ownership and the benefits of a
real property owner!

The developer!
Eagle Eye Investments, LLC is developing a state of the art Condo Storage Facility located on Corydon St. in the City
of Wildomar, CA which is situated adjacent to Lake Elsinore in the County Riverside.

The Facility will have approximately 99 Fully Enclosed Storage Condos with high decorative walls and beautiful
landscaping around the perimeter of the property.  A distance of 35' between buildings accompanied by  a 60 degree
condo storage unit angle allowing for a
simplified parking and maneuverability.

especially your resale. In fact, most units of this kind have more than doubled in value over the
    last ten years.

number will be recorded.  Only when a owner enters their private and personal security-code will the
alarm system for their individual unit be disabled.  All other units will remain armed!
